I am delighted to serve as the new President of the National Human Resources Association – Ventura County and am excited about all that lays ahead for us in the upcoming 2009/2010 year.  I have had the pleasure of being active on the board for the NHRA – Ventura County for several years and as a result, have met many wonderful people. And thanks to the opportunities presented by NHRA’s networking philosophy and culture of “Connect * Excel * Lead”, I have developed valuable professional and personal relationships.  The experience at our monthly meetings is always very friendly and inviting!

I am looking forward to an exciting year of serving the HR community in Ventura County.  As the field of human resources continues to evolve, our board members are committed to providing you with meaningful topics that support your professional development.  Our fantastic board and group of volunteers work diligently to provide you with the business and strategic topics necessary to be successful business partners.
