Welcome to NHRA-Cincinnati

NHRA-Cincinnati was founded in 1943, and is an organization of human resource professionals from a wide range of businesses and organizational structures.

With a membership of approximately 50 professionals and a newsletter outreach of over 500 individuals and companies in the tri-state area of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, NHRA-Cincinnati has a long history of promoting and advancing the professional growth and development of individual's engaged in the field of Human Resources.

Through monthly luncheon and dinner programs, and selected Professional Development Workshops, NHRA-Cincinnati strives to broaden member perspectives and enhance individual's Human Resource competence.

In addition to monthly meetings featuring high quality speakers, the affiliate provides a monthly newsletter, legislative updates, a job bank of HR openings and unique member benefits such as a special networking events and an annual Silent Auction. Membership
Membership is one way of demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and development. There are people in the group who can identify with situations you are facing on the job and provide sound input on issue resolution. Opportunities exist for further development of individual leadership skills by assuming various roles in the organization. Best of all, NHRA is FUN! Members enjoy and value the friendships and professional associations they have made. Networking contacts can be an on-going source of information and opportunity for years to come.

Our membership crosses all business categories, from professional service to healthcare, financial, manufacturing, government and non-profit. Members state that the primary benefits to membership are the relationships formed, the interactive meeting forums and the development of leadership skills.

Membership in the National Human Resources Association is granted by each location or by the National Human Resources Association Executive Committee without regard to gender, race, color, religion, national origin, age, disability or sexual orientation.

Membership dues, as determined by each location, include both local and national membership. Membership dues are typically payable annually. Cincinnati membership dues is as follows:

New Members (NOTE: Does not include meeting fees)
Regular Member $155
Corporate Member $250
Student Member $50

Renewing Members (Payable on the anniversary of the effective date of your membership)
Regular Member $130
Corporate Member $225
Student Member: $ 50
