President's Message

Dear Members and Friends of NHRA-NH,

Thank you for visiting the NHRA-NH website; we hope you will check us out in person at one of our monthly programs (September through June, except May when we encourage members and guests in the HR profession to attend the Granite State Human Resources Conference, of which we are one of multiple HR groups, within the state of NH, to participate in planning).

I have been involved [as a member as well as in some committee/board capacity] with NHRA-NH for almost our full existence as a full-fledged organization – about 18 years now! – and can attest that the organization is a true gem.  The relationships I’ve made, the lessons I’ve learned and the opportunity to serve as President [again] truly have given me the opportunity to live up to our tag line of CONNECT, EXCEL, LEAD both within my role in this organization as well as my role in the company for which I work.

Opportunities exist, at either a committee or board level, and can be pretty flexible to accommodate the amount of time you can devote, but the return on your investment [time and dollar] will be maximized by being more involved than just attending meetings because being involved at that level truly gives you a better opportunity to CONNECT, EXCEL, and LEAD.  That’s just what we do: Connect our members and guests to allow them to Excel in their profession and Lead their organizations to success.  We hope you will join us for an upcoming meeting or feel free to contact me
