Great ideas are useless without a forum for presenting them. At NHRA, we'd like to offer the forum of our website for your ideas to reach a national audience. You'll gain national exposure for your ideas, promote your business and share your knowledge with our membership.
Submit an Article & White Paper:
The purpose of publications on this web site is to provide Human Resources professionals with accurate and practical information pertaining to the major areas of human resources management including, but not limited to, benefits, compensation, recruitment, employee/labor relations, training, management and organizational development, labor law, and workplace issues. Publications outlining best practices, techniques, knowledge building, etc. in areas outside of human resources where knowledge would benefit the career development or performance of an individual are welcome (example: financial management for non-financial professionals, marketing the HR function in a manner consistent with your firm's product marketing efforts, etc.) Our target audience is the Human Resources Generalist - from entry level to executive.
A Note to Authors:
We welcome contributions from members and non-members; however, NHRA reserves the right to return an article or white paper to the author if it is believed to be inappropriate for our target audience or if it contains factual errors. Authors are asked to include their name at the beginning of the document along with the title and date of the publication. A brief statement about the author's background and expertise and their contact information, including phone and email address, should be included at the end of the document.

Our site users have the expectation that publications are objective and unbiased. Articles that advertise or promote a product, company or consulting firm are not suitable for this portion of our website.
