Attorney Recruiting Assistant

General Summary: Support the Attorney Recruiting Manager and Coordinators in daily business functions. Work cohesively with team members and attorneys to provide efficient support of administrative tasks and superior client service.

• Maintain recruiting files, database and materials.
• Maintain viRecruit database for candidates updating candidate information as necessary.
• Maintain and distribute recruiting materials to law schools and event sites as directed.
• Assist with the preparation of weekly Attorney Recruiting Committee meetings.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, charts, and documents as directed.
• Assist with maintenance of social media sites and website.
• Conduct research and collect statistical data as directed.
• Assist with Attorney Recruiting programs and events.
• Assist with preparation for champagne toasts and welcome events.
• Assist with introductions during office tours.
• Assist with coordination of Summer Associate Program.
• Assist with coordination of promotional events.
• Assist with coordination of fall On Campus Interviews.
• Proof read draft announcements.
• Copy, mail, scan and file documents as requested.
• Prepare and process check requests as directed.
• Other administrative duties as assigned by Attorney Recruiting Manager.

• College level courses in business and communication are preferred.
• Prior administrative and recruiting experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
• Effective writing skills; excellent proofreading, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities and use a high level of judgment.
• Must be efficient, accurate, flexible, timely and have excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential material with care.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player and a positive attitude is a must.
• Able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
• Must meet minimum testing requirements.
