Director of Talent Management

The Director, Talent Management is responsible for executing on the Human Resources (HR) strategy in support of the enterprise mission, vision, goals, and objectives. Partners with executive leaders at the highest level of organizational strategy with direct responsibility for advancing business strategy through effective application of human resources and talent management practices. As such, this role is accountable for high-level consulting, problem diagnosis, and solution development in support of core business goals and objectives. Identifies divisional HR priorities to support functional strategies in a manner that drives consistency across all the enterprise. The incumbent is responsible for the execution of corporate HR strategies within divisions and identification and execution of human resources priorities at the divisional level. This may include leadership development and coaching, culture advancement, workforce and talent planning cycles, organizational design and consultation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Eight (8) or more years of progressive experience in HR or other relevant area. Healthcare experience a plus.

Bachelor’s degree, Masters or advance degree preferred.

Certifications in Organizational Development such as: Coaching, Leadership 360, Crucial Conversations, Leadership Development, Teambuilding, and Communications preferred.

Ability to work with full autonomy to meet enterprise, HR, and client goals and objectives.

Demonstrated sound judgment, analytical skills, project management skills, and ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously to plan and accomplish goals and objectives.

Superior communication skills – both verbal and written. Ability to influence others.
