*Bachelor’s degree preferred; or a combination of education and experience
*8 or more years’ experience working in HR with 2 or more years supervising a team.
*Ability to improvise and adapt to a dynamic environment: organizations are always evolving and changing, must be able to anticipate and implement multiple solutions.
*Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work and accurately complete multiple tasks under minimal supervision and rigid time constraints.
*Be thorough and accurate with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify, clarify, resolve and solve for root cause.
*Exceptional ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality. Experienced in handling confidential matters with discretion.
*Ability to explain ideas and concepts in a simplified manner: Understands complex ideas, but they must be able to simplify and explain problems and solutions in terms everyone can understand.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with a wide range of people from diverse experiences and cultures. *Expresses ideas and thoughts verbally; exhibits good listening and comprehension. Keeps others adequately informed; selects and uses appropriate communication methods.
