HRIS Manager

The HRIS Manager will report to the Director of HR Operations and be expected to provide a high level of creativity and data analytics capability to the HR team.

Key Responsibilities
•Design and implement the new HRIS solution (Infor) to include successful system integrations and improved employee experiences
•Review, analyze and provide recommendations for future HRIS enhancements to improve HR efficiencies
•Ensure data integrity and maintenance throughout the HRIS implementation by establishing ongoing audits and methods to make necessary corrections
•Oversee the change management of communications & training for all system implementations or enhancements
•Enhance HR’s ability to report accurate data and analysis, including predictive analytics when applicable
•Maintain security profiles and administration
•Maintain vendor relationships with all contracted HR Technology Systems
•Stay informed of current system requirements and compliance for optimal performance

Skills & Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or related field supplemented by Information Systems training or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
•5+ years of progressive HR Operations experience in HRIS system implementations, preferably in construction or a related industry
•Ability to design, develop, implement and evaluate company-wide programs, processes and initiatives as it relates to HR technology solutions
•Demonstrated project management experience and ability to prioritize competing activities
•In-depth knowledge of HRIS and database systems management required; experience with Infor preferred but not required
•Advanced analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated history of implemented innovative ideas and effective change management initiatives
•Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with all levels of employees
