Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Benefits & Leave Manager is responsible for the administration and oversight for benefits programs, including group health plans, life insurance, tuition benefits, and leaves. In this role, you will proactively work with brokers and vendors to identify potential cost savings and value-added improvements to ensure healthcare management and enhancement initiatives are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
