Exciting growth created this new HR BP role at our preferred Non-profit Employer. Seeking a hybrid-remote HR Business Partner to join this dynamic team. Join a collaborative work environment and support one or more divisions working in partnership with management to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle-related issues. Coach on change management, organizational development, culture, employee relations, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching. This position will proactively translate the group’s business strategies into Human Resources solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives. Be a champion for the organization’s culture and develop solutions to achieve business objectives while being a point of contact for employee questions and concerns. This position will also manage and complete various HR related projects.
- BA/BS in HR, Business Admin or similar.
- 3 yrs of HR Generalist exp w/ focus in Employee Relations and Recruitment.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Familiar with all HR federal and state laws.
- Experience supporting 200+ employees.
PHR or SHPR preferred. Non-profit exp highly desired.Apply for this job online
