The City of Littleton is seeking a dynamic, people-focused, visionary leader to be the next Human Resources Director. Serving as a member of the City of Littleton Leadership Team, the Human Resources Director has responsibility for implementing council goals as well as ongoing work related to implementing culture and engagement activities related to recently established citywide values. The Human Resources Director is responsible for negotiating the annual Littleton Police Officer’s Association contract, leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and will have a key role in the upcoming implementation process for a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
