Support the CEO as their right-hand to ensure and develop compliant HR processes and procedures for this growing international manufacturer. Responsible for HR, Employee Relations and Safety compliance, coach and advise management team on proper procedures and communication techniques to create a culture of excellence for this local facility. Design and implements proper recruiting, engagement, on-boarding, payroll and benefits processes (working with the insurance broker during open enrollment) Secure the most attractive, compliant employee benefits and assist during open enrollment. Must be organized, proactive, a direct communicator, concise.
Directly responsible for open door Employee Relations engagement, Benefits administration, Payroll, Training (anti-harassment & employee development) full cycle Recruiting and vendor relationships. Maintains up to date regulations and laws. Researches, develops, and implements various HR policies and procedures.
Required: 3+ Payroll & Employee Relations Experience in a Manufacturing or Logistics environment, HR Certification
