Responsible for handling HR office administration duties, HR functions for payroll processing, including payroll cycle changes to employee records, employee assistance in different areas including ADP onboarding and self-service. Enter all new hires in the ADP system, including enrollments in benefit plans verify all forms are correct and complete follow up on missing or late documentsEnter all payroll employee changes in ADP including pay rates, benefits, personal and job changes. Generate and process termination documents final check requests notify IT of termination at the time documents are created enter terminations in ADP. Enroll and assist employees with ADP employment onboarding for new hiresAssist employees with all ADP self service setup, changes and trainings. Assist with Audits for SOX, 401k and Food Safety Audits by providing documentation requestsVerification of employment requests execute Status Change Forms as necessary. Back up the HR Manager with orientations, badge printing when needed Back up the Safety Manager when needed.
-AA Degree or higher
-Strong ADP skills.
-2 years of experience in benefit administration and employee relations.
-Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
-Knowledge of safety regulations.
-Valid Drivers license and be insurable.
-SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
