  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of HR/People experience with 3+ years as a strategic Business Partner
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cultural and organizational change efforts
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and influence key stakeholder decision making
  • Prior experience in coaching, talent and succession planning and/or leadership development
  • Strong understanding and application of local, state, and federal legislation


  • Experience working within a global organization (either at HQ or in a region)
  • Individually supported a client group of 250+
  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership a plus
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial & Organizational Psychology
