Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent. Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations. Maintain a high-level manager experience. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation, maintaining a high-level candidate experience.

Schedules interviews oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Maintain accurate information in ADP Recruitment module to ensure compliance with Federal Contractor regulations.Actively and creatively source, screen, evaluate and network with top talent utilizing innovative recruiting approaches.Collaborate with the hiring manager and or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Drafts and or revises job descriptions for global organization. Works closely with managers and employees to ensure all job descriptions reflect accurate responsibilities and knowledge, skills, and abilities KSAs. Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open.

Skills Required:

  • 3 to 5 years experience managing all phases of the recruiting process including, Hiring Cycle, sourcing and networking skills, ability to recruit a broad range of positions at all levels, ATS, Familiarity with laws regulations.
  • Bilingual Spanish req.

Skills Preferred:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Experience recruiting Sales, IT, Marketing positions preferred
  • ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Experience recruiting in compliance with the OFCCP regulations preferred
