Recruiter- Full Time

Main Function:

Provides functional recruitment and selection support for health system.
Actively sources candidates for positions of all levels, from front line to physicians.

Demonstrates the ability to work independently and exhibits flexibility in decision making and prioritizing assignments.
Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships.
Actively guards the confidentiality of sensitive information including but not limited to associates, patients, and the health system.
Demonstrates skills in sourcing and selecting candidates, proactively recommending and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Proactively and creatively assesses client’s needs to insure that services are high quality and cost effective.
Exhibits ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a high volume setting.
Requires ability to work in offsite locations as needed.
Lives the CARES values at all times.

PHR, SPHR or CHHRA preferred.

Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
High School graduate, with some college courses or certifications required.

Requires two years previous human resources and recruiting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Previous Human Resources Generalist experience preferred.
