Job Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the design and delivery of employment branding and innovative recruiting activities to promote brand awareness and attract high quality candidates. This individual will partner with business leaders / teams to manage and drive the recruitment lifecycle / process from onset through offer. Additionally, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for analyzing success against metrics to create and execute plans to improve fill times, quality of hire and source effectiveness.

  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval through employment offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
  • Partner with key stakeholders to provide thought leadership, expertise and guidance on effective talent decisions
  • Provide training, coaching and general guidance to hiring managers on interview and recruitment best practices
  • Drive strategic planning meetings with applicable business partners to understand integrated people plan and develop appropriate and sustainable solutions
  • Develop, implement and drive recruitment initiatives / strategies, tools and processes
  • Develop and implement creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of ‘ready talent’ in core functional categories
  • Maintain recruitment metrics / tracking and ensure all KPIs are attained
  • Utilize data analytics to drive talent acquisition decisions and recommendations, inclusive of recruitment spend
  • Maintain records on companywide recruiting activities, via application tracking system
  • Develop and maintain an updated library of job descriptions
  • Manage agency relationships, inclusive of usage and onboarding

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Proficient in applicant tracking system / technology
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure and scale
  • Ability to identify, qualify and close candidates across a wide variety of roles
  • Ability to manage change and influence hiring behavior
  • Ability to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicable
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • 5-7 years’ experience in full cycle recruiting, agency or corporate environment
