Talent Acquisition Lead

Founded in 1981, Lanter Delivery Systems is a national logistics company and a leader in overnight, unattended delivery of auto, agricultural and industrial parts from their customer’s distribution centers to dealer locations. The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the Lanter Talent Acquisition Program, will function as the in-house subject matter expert on staffing and contingent resource strategies. This includes collaborating with vendors, HR Business Partners, and frontline managers to ensure a positive experience and strong conversion of the contingent workforce. This role will assist and support the end-to-end recruiting cycle for internal and external positions.

Responsibilities:

(50%) Manages the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external hiring needs.
(40%) Serves as program manager for the contingent workforce strategy.
(10%) Develops and executes employment branding strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3+ years’ relevant and practical experience
3+ years of experience working with a contingent workforce
3+ years of experience recruiting
