The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee the Lanter Talent Acquisition Program, will function as the in-house subject matter expert on staffing and contingent resource strategies. This includes collaborating with vendors, HR Business Partners, and frontline managers to ensure a positive experience and strong conversion of the contingent workforce. This role will assist and support the end-to-end recruiting cycle for internal and external positions.

(50%) Manages the end-to-end recruiting process for internal and external hiring needs.
(40%) Serves as program manager for the contingent workforce strategy.
(10%) Develops and executes employment branding strategies.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3+ years’ relevant and practical experience
3+ years of experience working with a contingent workforce
3+ years of experience recruiting
Demonstrated ability to partner with key stakeholders, which includes senior management, business leaders, infrastructure colleagues and external vendors
Demonstrates accountability through exceptional collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving
Has excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Possess a strong attention to detail, time management and business acumen
Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
Able to follow, critically evaluate, and improve upon current processes
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
