Join NHRA Orange County and one of our 2019 HR Teams of Excellence – TTM Technologies!
In this event, you will learn how TTM Technologies:
- Implemented a Global HR Operating Model that restructured HR into regional shared services, centers of expertise, and site HR Business Partners, centralizing our HR function to better support the business
- Led a multi-year Global Technology Roadmap that invested in a global system and the modules necessary to transform HR from manual and paper-intensive, to efficient and scalable
- Enhanced Global Organizational Effectiveness by delivering a global structure of jobs, careers, salary, and incentives, which was essential to bring best practice ideas and thought leadership to TTM across all of our businesses and sites
TTM’s cohesive, energetic team and collective drive helped deliver the Global Infrastructure Vision. This consists of a global HR system replacing more than a dozen instances of HR information tracking solutions, a global job structure and career framework which provides a common reference for 25,000+ employees across 3 continents and 14 job families, and deploying two regional HR shared services functions. These changes have transformed every plant and HR process while enhancing the employee experience. It has accelerated organizational change, removed barriers to transferring talent, and accentuated the value that HR brings to the business of TTM.
