Now more than ever, attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent is a critical need for organizations as they undergo massive workforce changes. HR professionals are increasingly asked to design innovative solutions to address unprecedented talent shortages and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline. One innovative approach that Ameren is taking is through their Bright Return Program, collaborating with iRelaunch and The Mom Project to attract hard-to-fill skills and talent through a career re-entry program supporting working parents and caregivers. Join us to learn about Ameren’s Bright Return Program; the best practices, approach and lessons learned by two internal OD Consultants at Ameren, who have supported the program’s success in different ways.
This session will enable you to:
- Discuss culture factors that support innovative solutions for building a Diverse Pipeline Strategy.
- Discover how partnering with organizations like the Mom Project can create career re-entry opportunities for mid-career professionals looking to return to work after voluntarily leaving the workforce.
- Gain insights to program design factors supporting the success and retention of participants.
- Learn how programs that recognize the importance of balance with work and family obligations can have a ripple effect across the organization to drive engagement and investment in growing talent across the business.
Join us for a lively conversation about finding innovative solutions to strengthen talent management capabilities and drive strategic success. Additional Information about Ameren’s Bright Return Program.
