Our speaker is Michael Maciekowich is the National Director of Astron Solutions based in New York City.
His areas of expertise include the development, design, and implementation of executive, physician, & employee base pay systems, short-& long-term incentive programs, sales incentive programs, and performance management systems in all industries. Michael has over 30 years of consulting and industry compensation experience. Michael is an active member of WorldatWork, the American Society of Healthcare Human Resource Administration (ASHHRA), and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
2021 has proven to be extremely challenging for employers in all industry segments. In addition to the rapidly changing “unofficial” minimum wage increases employers have found themselves struggling to attract and retain needed talent to meet the demand of an expanding economy. Compensation strategies and supportive programs are also undergoing dramatic changes to meet these challenges.
This program will focus on “best practices” for all segments of the economy in terms of effective compensation strategies including but not limited to: base pay program designs; incorporating career progression opportunities; and alternative total rewards systems. Participants will leave with solid examples that they can explore with their leadership team as we prepare for 2022.
