Rochester, NY More than a Wellness Plan: Engagement and Connection!

Description:

People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.” -John Maxwell.

This is true in and out of the workplace. What are the benefits of understanding Connection in regard to Wellness Engagement? We will explore Wellness Engagement options that are suited to your organization. We’ll discuss why previous efforts may have fallen flat and how even good programs can be enhanced. Time is money, so there is no such thing as “No Cost” however, sometimes offering a Perceived benefit (one with no monetary cost) can yield great results and returns on time invested. We will discuss what they are and how to get them to work for you.

Learning Objectives:

  • Why Connection, Engagement & Wellness programs are a benefit to the Organization & their Teams.
  • Best Practices in Connection & Wellness Engagement; locally and nationally, statistics and Group discussion.
  • Options for Planning & Implementing Wellness Engagement Programs
