WNY NHRA is excited to announce it’s April Virtual Event:
Preparing to Support and Transition Your Aging Workforce Into Retirement and Beyond!
Did you know approximately 50% of our country’s workforce is delaying retirement and/or working past the age of 65? The truth is the American workforce is getting older – employees are voluntarily working longer or involuntarily to cover their outstanding expenses. Bottom line — retirement savings are not satisfactory and health insurance is a major factor.
Are you prepared to support and transition your employees into retirement and beyond?
Join us for a lively conversation around educating retirees and their employer on health insurance options and why keeping delayed retirees on a commercial plan is not always the right solution for both entities.
Healthcare options expand for the 65+ population, which gives access to additional health benefits, lower monthly premiums and out of pocket costs. HRA and HSA accounts can make the financial transition easier for employees and employers alike. Being educated on all aspects can save both sides money and provide an optimal experience for this part of the workforce.
