Rochester, NY Rebuilding TRUST in 2021

Program Description: We sacrificed huge amounts of trust in 2020, from the lingering effects of COVID-19, to the incredible civil unrest that is still ongoing, to a contentious election cycle, and many additional potent forces.  We desperately need to redouble efforts to build lasting trust in all areas of our lives.  This program will include an exclusive interview with Stephen M.R. Covey on how to rebuild trust post COVID-19. It also includes a new tool for raising the level of emotional safety in any organization.

  • Find creative new ways to ensure higher emotional safety along with the physical safety.


About the Presenter                     

Our speaker is Bob Whipple, CEO of Leadergrow Inc., a company dedicated to improving leadership in organizations. He is known internationally as “The Trust Ambassador.”

He is a professional speaker, and a member of National Speakers Association. He is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) with the Association for Talent Development.


He has been named by Inc. Magazine as one of the top 100 Leadership Speakers for three consecutive years and by Leadership Excellence Magazine as one of the top 15 thought leaders.


Trust Across America has honored him with the Lifetime Achievement Award as a Top Thought Leader in Trust, and the local ATD Chapter also extended their Lifetime Achievement Award last year. Bob was also the recipient of the NHRA “Making an Impact Award” in 2018.


He has five published books on the topic of trust, over 900 published articles, and more than 100 videos on various leadership topics.
