Mental Health & Your Workforce-Activating New Practices for Leaders

In fact, recent studies by i4cp (Institute for Corporate Productivity), a leading authority on next practices in Human Capital, shows nearly a 2x growth among companies that plan to increase emphasis on workforce mental and emotional health amid the pandemic vs. immediately prior to the pandemic (84% vs. 44%).
