Orange County, CA Mental Health & Your Workforce (2 of 2): Activating New Practices

Corporations across the globe are responding to the increasing mental health needs of employees. In fact, recent studies by i4cp (Institute for Corporate Productivity), a leading authority on next practices in Human Capital, shows nearly a 2x growth among companies that plan to increase emphasis on workforce mental and emotional health amid the pandemic vs. immediately prior to the pandemic (84% vs. 44%).  While executives are developing policies and programs to lend a hand, leaders at all levels can begin to improve their own skills to create safe and inspired human connection on their teams. In this second of the two-part learning series, attendees will learn how to engage with employees facing mental health challenges in a way that will create mutually positive outcomes for the employee and the leader.
