What does it mean to be a strategic business partner/advisor in today’s new work environment?  Join our conversation to discuss the necessary, and less relevant, skills for HR leaders.  We plan on sharing a quick diagnostic and research around the critical competencies for today and then spending the rest of the time in small group conversations to discuss more about what other HR practitioners are experiencing and how they are thinking about their own careers.

We will be facilitating an interactive discussion on business results from Harvard Business Review on what HR does well and what HR does not do well as perceived by their HR Peer Groups. We will be focusing on:

  • What peer department heads expect from HR
