The concept of Trust is nothing new. The Great Place to Work Institute has frequently reported that organizations with high-trust cultures have greater financial success. Year after year, studies are conducted that prove the importance of trust on a team. Yet, not many of us make Trust a frequent topic of discussion. Why aren’t we talking about Trust? It’s not a four letter word.
In this session you will discover:
- What trust is and why you should care about it
- The impact of low trust
- Levels of trust and how good teams become great
- The link between trust and innovation
- Practical steps to build trust within your team
