Ventura County – Becoming an Employer of Choice: The Cheesecake Factory’s Journey

October 11 @ 7:30 am 9:00 am PST

To be known as an employer of choice, your workplace’s unique  strengths need to be clearly understood by applicants and  your employees. Identifying your company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) is a key step to stand out from the crowd  and  can  bring significant benefits to your attraction, hiring and  retention efforts. In this interactive session, you’ll learn how they determined their EVP and  how they use  it to shape their HR practices in ways  that give them the edge in the war for talent  and  create an  award-winning workplace culture,  and  learn to craft your own new culture.
