Please join us on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 for this great event featuring the Mental Health Advocates of WNY!
Long before COVID-19, Mental Health Advocates of WNY (MHA) had been educating businesses on the importance of workplace mental well-being. Mental health is the single most expensive medical condition in the U.S. Prior to the current pandemic, 217 million workdays were lost annually due to depression, and $193 million in workplace earnings were lost due to serious mental illness. Those numbers are on a steep rise.
Mindset is a collection of programs developed by MHA that helps organizations create mentally healthy workplaces and employees. Our presentation to the Western New York chapter of the National Human Resources Association will touch on some of the most pressing topics organizations face today and provide resources and actionable steps your members can take to get started on the path to workplace mental well-being.
