General Responsibilities:
  • Manage and enroll all employees in their health care benefits, coordinate annual open enrollment
  • Post and manage all new employment
  • Interview Potential Candidates
  • Submit Background Checks for New Hires
  • New Hire Training
  • Assist and sit in on Internal Reviews
  • Manage VTO Requests
  • Manage Sick Days and Out-of-Office Workflow
  • Handle Employee Complaints/Issues
  • Coordinate and Execute Team Building Events
  • Update HR Procedures
  • Check Employees Timecards Weekly
  • Manage Overtime Requests
  • Attend Semi-Monthly Operations Meetings
  • Manage Flex Time requests and calendars
  • Update Employee Handbook as needed
  • Maintain on-going HR expertise
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Positive and service-minded attitude
  • Comfort with being a team player and doing whatever is needed, big or small
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to multi-task in dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail, excellent proof-reading skills with a perfectionist's eye
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced level computer skills; well versed in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to manage and get along with diverse personalities
  • Must maintain confidentiality and integrity
  • Ability to constantly prioritize and re-prioritize as items come in
  • Effective follow-up, deadline focused
