- Particpates as a business partner in associated with business untis
- Works closely wiht senior leaders/managers to provide expertise and hands on support in multiple areas including: workforce planning, onboarding, ER, management coaching, performance management and change management
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to devlop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations as needed, assess risk and determines appropriate course of action, working closely with the managers and legal as approriate.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Administers new hires, promotions and transfers
- Identifies training needs for business units and partners with learning & development to creat or enhance programs.
- Maintain knowldge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and HR compliance.
- Act as point-of-contact for guidance on compensatoin actions, including individual promotions, equity adjustments and related actions. Identify business case for position or job group compensation changs and incentive compensation changes.
- Act as resource to employees, when needed providing guidance on and interpreting company policy as well as assuring that employee perspectives are heard and considered.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Track and analyse metrics on employee actions, terminations and voluntary attrition to recommend actions as needed.
