Description
  1. Particpates as a business partner in associated with business untis
  2. Works closely wiht senior leaders/managers to provide expertise and hands on support in multiple areas including: workforce planning, onboarding, ER, management coaching, performance management and change management
  3. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to devlop solutions, programs and policies. 
  4. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  5. Conduct thorough and objective investigations as needed, assess risk and determines appropriate course of action, working closely with the managers and legal as approriate.
  6. Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. 
  7. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  8. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  9. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  10. Administers new hires, promotions and transfers
  11. Identifies training needs for business units and partners with learning & development to creat or enhance programs.
  12. Maintain knowldge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and HR compliance.
  13. Act as point-of-contact for guidance on compensatoin actions, including individual promotions, equity adjustments and related actions.  Identify business case for position or job group compensation changs and incentive compensation changes.
  14. Act as resource to employees, when needed providing guidance on and interpreting company policy as well as assuring that employee perspectives are heard and considered. 
  15. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
  16. Track and analyse metrics on employee actions, terminations and voluntary attrition to recommend actions as needed.
