Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively sources, screens, interviews, and places qualified applicants. This includes posting jobs, pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates (in-person, or via videoconference or telephone), and partnering with hiring managers throughot the selection process.
  • Manages all aspects of the Applicant Tracking System, including relationship with system vendor.
  • Updates and maintains the Access Recruiting Database and related recruiting reports.
  • Determines hiring specifications and competencies, documents and confirms position requirements to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions.
  • Implements staffing strategies, including the development of a networking and referral base with the community and professional organizations, to provide a qualified and diverse applicant pool.
  • Creatively attracts top talent in a timely and cost effective manner using multiple sources to advertise and recruit.
  • Fosters strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
  • Performs conflicts checks. employment verification and reference checks for candidates under consideration for employment.
  • Maintains Firm website and intranet as it relates to recruiting. This includes updtes to Master Service Agreement (MSA) portal, Master Recruiting Contact List and Job Description portal.

  • Must possess the ability to enter date with accuracy.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills so as to be able to work well with employees at all levels within the organization and maintain all information in the strictest of confidence. Required to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and communicate fluent English; ability to compose documents in the appropriate business style using correct grammer and spelling; ability to communicate clearly using proper grammar and diction over the telephone.
  • Must possess attention to detail, ability to balance multiple projects and have strong time management skills.
  • Must have ability to reason and apply common-sense understanding to situations encourtered.
  • Ability to process routine daily functions while being able to resolve sensitive issues and complex assignments utilizing above average critical thinking skills.
  • The physical demands of this position are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order for him or her to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. These include being mobile and stationary throughout the work day, having the ability to transport 20 pounds and being able to operate a computer and other business equipment found in the office.
