Care Coordinator:
The Care Coordinator's main objective is to accurately schedule shifts for clients and to match most suitable caregivers to clients. Also, monitor missed clock-ins, ensuring all shifts are covered including those called out or missed, and enter missed clock-in reasons into our software system. The nature of this job is highly critical to the essential function of our office and our success. Applicant must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs of clients and caregivers. Applicant must enjoy the ability to problem solve. The right individual will coordinate and supervise all Client and Care Team member service needs in a responsive and thorough manner.  This multifaceted position will consist of Care Team scheduling for the families we serve and will help create total client and caregiver satisfaction!  The hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. This individual will also perform rotating On-Call coordinator duties.

• Phenomenal people skills with a passion for providing the finest service experience
• Experience in staffing and client care in Health Care, preferably Home Care
• A strong level of experience working in a fast-paced small business environment.
• A strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and be able to wear multiple hats
• High School Diploma (College Preferred)
• Preferred Scheduling Experience of 1 year or more
• Proficiency in computer skills & adept in learning scheduling and business software (training provided)
• Pass screening & background tests
• 2 professional references
• Driver’s License, reliable Transportation, & Car Insurance
