HR Generalist

 Job duties and responsibilities:
• Facilitate and administer HR processes (i.e. employee change forms, recruiting requisitions).
• Ensure effective utilization of programs related to HR policies, procedures, programs and services.
• Administer HRIS (ADP WFN) for HR – home page, dashboard, reporting tools; familiar with common HRIS processing.
• Maintain and update the HR Intranet pages and content via SharePoint.
• Produce HR, benefits, and recruiting reports and analytics using HRIS reports (including ad hoc reports) and exporting to Excel.
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries and/or requests, policy interpretations, procedures, etc. to provide outstanding assistance to all level of employees.
• Assist with employee termination processes.
• Back-up resource for administering background checks and pre-employment testing.
• Perform common clerical functions including photocopies, mail, scans and email documents, maintain physical and electronic files / records, etc.
• Assist or prepares correspondence as requested.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices, multi-state preferred
• Proven experience as a HR Generalist and/or HR Coordinator
Experience / Education
• 3-5 years HR Generalist Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources preferred and/or PHR Certification
• Expert in Microsoft Office – esp. Excel (complex formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge and experience w/ HRIS, preferably ADP WFN
• SharePoint skills a plus
