Benefits Administration Specialist

  • Employee point of contact for any employee benefit orientation, questions, enrollments and 401 (k) enrollment, changes, loans, etc.  Develop and provide communication tools to enhance understanding of ConServe's benefit package.
  • Assist in the management of the benefit plan renewal process.
  • Assist in the examining possible plan design or benefit cost changes.
  • Assist the ConServe 401 (k) Plan Administrator with ensuring compliance of the Summary Plan Description; annual preparations, required employee communications, etc.
  • Interpret Plan procedures and policies.  Recommend and advise on benefit enhancements and changes.
  • Acts as a liaison between Management and employees while remaining in compliance with ConServe policies and procedures as they relate to benefits.
  • Assist with monthly benefit invoice reconciliations.
  • Maintain all personnel records in a consistent and confidential mannger.
  • Responsible for scheduling and generation of standard monthly reports.
  • Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Deparment and HR projects.
  • Adherence to ConServe's Professional Practices Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct and Compliance Program.
