Join us on May 18th for an evening event and discussion on Generations in the Workplace.  You’ll learn new ways to engage lead, mentor and develop your teams!

This discussion will be led by a panel of experts including:

Diane Spiegel - Author of the Gen Y Handbook: Applying Relationship Leadership to Engage Millennials, a featured selection on the SelectBooks list. As a principle at The End Result Partnerships, she is one of the nation's recognized leaders in corporate training and leadership development. Her innovative Sage Leadership Tools were created to provide high interaction to support leaders at all levels as they navigate the generations and the impact this brings to recruitment, retention, and collaboration.  Working with organizations such as Starbucks, Disney Corporate, Royal Caribbean Cruises and So Cal Edison, Diane has helped curate and create content that supports a changing workforce. Diane is adjunct faculty at University California Irvine providing professional staff development and serves on the committee for Diversity & Inclusion with the Chief Protocol Officer.

Chad Bennett - Vice President of Human Resources, focused on building global strategy necessary to fuel the fast paced expansion at Alteryx. Chad’s responsibilities include organizational and leadership development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, university relations, and advising leaders across the organization on a variety of people and business issues. His focus is on enabling growth through talent acquisition and employee development, while fostering and building the culture that makes Alteryx, Inc. a great place to work. With more than 15 years of Human Resources experiences, Chad has worked across a variety of industries and organizations including Fortune 500 organizations, healthcare institutions, and government entities. Prior to joining Alteryx, Chad worked as VP of Human Resources for CoreLogic focused on driving change and transformation across their Technology organization. He also served in a variety of roles throughout his tenure at CoreLogic including Global HR, Learning & Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Talent Acquisition.

Meredith Fish – Director of Talent Management at Aleryx. With over 15 years of Human Resources experience, Meredith has worked in a variety of industries and organizations including retail, financial, real estate and information technology companies. She has the proven ability to build strong relationships and obtain organizational results. Meredith is an approachable and effective leader that motivates employees to maximize productivity. Her areas of expertise include leading full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, training and development.
