Description
According to a 2016 Gallup poll, only 1/3 of Americans report being engaged by their work. We want our work to be engaging and meaningful, yet we continue to pursue the same business practices that got us here in the first place.

How can we make work more meaningful and engaging for ourselves and our teams? In an interactive presentation that is part TED Talk and part Saturday Night Live, you will learn why we work how we work, or what motivates us, and how to work better, starting with a quick crash course on how your brain works.

By using perspective as a tool, you can transform problems into opportunities, work into a meaningful mission to serve, and conflict management into relationship-building. You will leave this program, not only laughing, but with new ideas of how to transform yourself and your workplace’s culture in a way that engages and inspires everyone.

By laughing about limiting beliefs, engaging in an interactive format, and learning actionable steps that take advantage of how your brain works, you will leave with the ability to:
· Shift your perspective of problems, your work, and others to discover opportunities for action
· Ask and answer the 2 Power Questions so you can take ownership of problems and create positive change
· Engage yourself, your team, and quality potential hires by making work into a meaningful mission centered around service
· Refocus conflicts between people with 3 relationship-building tactics
