In this session Krister will share the “Business Case for Breaking a Bully Boss” as well as a step- by-step process for how to break a bully boss that’s based a combination of the latest research on abusive bosses, adult transformation and his firsthand experience with abusive leadership.    
Speaker Bio:

Krister Ungerboeck is a self-admitted “recovering bully boss”.  Krister retired at age 42 after a 20 year career as CEO and 2IC (2nd in Command) of a 3,000% growth global software company.  In his 5 last years as CEO, the company won 5 consecutive Top Workplace Awards.  Today, Krister speaks, writes and coaches CEOs of growth companies and high potential future leaders in family businesses.   Krister also helps HR professionals, therapists and coaches to reform bully bosses.  Krister also personally coaches bully boss executives like his former self who have more than 500 people in their span of influence and exhibit the markers that indicate they are willing to - and capable of – change.
