Making a Difference: The Power of Your Personal Brand
The power of your personal brand can influence the future of an organization and guide a successful career. Or not. As we start this new year, we invite you to join NHRA LA as we try out a new format with two TedTalk-like topics and speakers that will focus on who you are and how you present yourself. It’s time to focus on your brand and how to keep it relevant in a time of constant change.
How You Influence Others - Lynnette Ward
What do people think of you when you are not in the room? Influential individuals realize they represent themselves as a brand, know how they want to be perceived and realize they make a difference by building trust in their brand. How we communicate, connect, take ownership and deliver results can drive trust and confidence in your brand and your ability to influence others.
Never Be Comfortable – Kathy Mandato
Successful leaders know that in order to grow personally and professionally, they have to be pushed out of their comfort zones. Experiences that are ground-breaking, unexpected, or challenging are the ones that move us in ways we didn’t expect. Being comfortable in discomfort makes your brand that much more powerful – you develop the capabilities of being a change agent and setting an example for your entire organization.
