This is a fast paced, interactive and 'Never Boring' workshop designed for anyone involved in recruiting, hiring, promoting, terminating, or supervising employees.  Experience the three second rule, learn the reasonably should have known theory, and be challenged to understand other EEO/AA requirements and the meaning of Diversity-Inclusion. EEO and AA have experienced considerable change in the past couple of years.

In today’s workplace, a lack of diversity awareness and EEO/AA legal obligations can generate serious ramifications for any employer.  Employers are responsible to ensure all employees and managers fully understand their responsibilities under the EEO and Affirmative Action (AA) laws/regulations.  Through this ‘Never Boring workshop, attendees will gain insight into their legal obligations relating to EEO and AA, while also learning current diversity trends and how employees are impacted by future population changes.  Knowledge will come from the entertaining dissemination of current facts.  Indeed it is true… Diversity, EEO, and Affirmative Action training can be entertaining and simultaneously informative.

In this program, attendees will:
• Understand the beliefs, attitudes, and cultural conditions that may cause EEO/harassment conflicts
• Learn the economic and psychological costs of EEO/AA non-compliance to organizations and individuals
• Learn to identify the difference between illegal and inappropriate EEO-related activities
• Learn how to be a Harassment Change Agent (participants take an assessment and learn where they currently stand as an HR Change Agent)
