The NHRA Rochester Affiliate is pleased to announce our April Program: The ABC’s of Pay Transparency – How Organizations Can Take a Proactive Approach When Preparing for the Upcoming Transparency Changes

When: Tuesday, April 11 from 8:00AM - 9:30AM

In this webinar, HR Compliance and Talent Acquisition experts will share tips and resources for taking a comprehensive approach for preparing for pay transparency changes.  Actions to take. Best practices to follow. Compliance issues to avoid.

Learning Objectives: 

  1. Action. Learn the importance of establishing a pay philosophy/policy, including how to use market data to benchmark jobs, and establish pay grades
  2. Best Practices.  Learn how to effectively prepare for and communicate the changes, with a focus on change management, employer branding, employee retention, and competitive recruitment tactics. 
  3. Compliance.  Learn practical strategies and best practices to ensure compliance in with pay transparency laws.

Speaker Bio:                   

Adrienne Schleigh is a SHRM certified Senior HR Professional with nearly 20 years of experience in all facets of human resources. Adrienne’s experience in human resource management spans diverse industries, supporting clients of all sizes and in a variety of sectors. In her current role, Adrienne leads HR Works’ Direct Placement services and helps clients find top quality candidates in all areas of HR, from entry-level positions, up through Chief Human Resources Officers.

With a strong background in employee relations, compliance, and change management, Adrienne brings a consultative approach to helping clients understand today’s unique workforce hiring challenges.

Adrienne sits on the Board of Directors as co-chair of Career Services for the National Human Resources Association, Rochester chapter.

A personable and enthusiastic communicator, Adrienne is often invited to speak on talent acquisition and workforce trends.  

She has presented at multiple state SHRM conferences, local SHRM chapters, for NHRA Rochester, and was selected as the keynote speaker for the 2022 CNY SHRM annual conference.
