Amid mental health overtaking Covid as the top health concern for Americans and debates over the future of work, employers have the opportunity to strategically incorporate mental health as part of their culture.  Current research supports this: employees who feel supported by their employer in mental health and during global events are less likely to underperform and miss work, more satisfied with their job, and more likely to have positive views of their company and its leaders.

In this webinar, we’ll discuss practical strategies to integrate mental health into your culture, such as:

- Why workplace mental health supports must be more than benefits

- How to incorporate a strategic framework for mental health

- What to measure in order to create accountability

- First steps and quick wins to create buy-in
