  • 8:00 am – 9:30 am - Welcome, Sponsor Recognition & Program Presentation

This event is pending approval for HRCI/SHRM credits

This engaging and interactive presentation looks at the best current research on leadership development topics such as program design, assessments/360s, and executive coaching. And the best part? We approach it from the perspective of practicing HR/OD/TD professionals by addressing the following question, “If you were tasked with developing a leadership program from ground up, what would make you smarter as you developed materials in-house and/or interviewed 3rd party consultants?”

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand what works (and doesn’t work) in leadership training programs
  • Learn what we can reasonably expect from 360 surveys and other assessments
  • Learn the leverage points in executive coaching
