ABOUT THE SPEAKER


Shelly Morales is a seasoned Executive, Advisor and Board Member who brings over two decades of experience helping global firms drive performance through forward-thinking HR leadership. Over the years, Shelly led teams at Juniper Networks, LinkedIn and Cadence Design Systems, and has held Executive roles in public and private companies.

Shelly also founded MoralesHR, a full service HR consultancy that helps companies shape dynamic people strategies, develop and deploy programs and execute day to day HR operations. She currently leads the people function at Snapdocs, sits on the Board for The Last Mile Education Fund and is an active advisor.
