As the HR function evolves, the intersection of Organizational Development, People Analytics, and the HR Business Partner role has never been more important or more misunderstood. This session explores how these disciplines can work together to drive strategic talent and business impact.

We will clarify the distinct value of OD and analytics in today’s HR landscape and why HRBPs are uniquely positioned to bring them together. Too often, these fields are treated as “right brain versus left brain” capabilities, forcing HR professionals to choose a side. In reality, strategic HR requires a blend of both: the ability to understand systems, interpret data in multiple forms, and translate insights into action.
We will also challenge the misconception that analytics is only about complex statistical models. Many of the most pressing challenges in business and HR rely on strong qualitative analysis, which creates a meaningful opportunity for HRBPs and OD practitioners. When they build the capability to conduct qualitative systems analysis, they can take the lead in diagnosing root causes, shaping strategy, and guiding organizational change.
Join us as we explore how HRBPs can embrace this integrative role and elevate the impact of HR across the organization.
