Danika Davis has been described as an HR evangelist who has spent more than twenty years helping organizations achieve their goals through creating effective HR ecosystems. She is currently leads Merit HR, an HR exclusive contract staffing/interim, consulting and contingent direct hire search firm with innovative retention based fees whose focus is connecting great HR talent with quality organizations. Prior to joining Merit, Danika served as CEO of the Northern California HR Association for 10 years, one of the largest and most successful HR professional societies in the country known for education and advancing the profession. She has held internal HR roles at the VP level, has a masters in organizational management and several HR certifications.

Marisa Ramans MayerWith over two decades of experience in leadership roles and broad experience in all functional Human Resources areas, Marisa leverages her management and human resources generalist backgrounds to support companies with their talent needs. She is a connector and is dedicated and passionate about recruiting top talent and helping people develop and grow their careers. Her career has come full circle; She started her career in recruiting at a small personnel consultancy in San Francisco, spent 8 years at Gap, Inc. in training & development and college recruiting, a 6-month HR project in Latvia for PWC, and then the next 15 years as the head of Human Resources for several tech PR agencies in the Bay Area. She now is focusing on her favorite aspect of HR – talent acquisition. She is a Managing Consultant at Landrum Talent Solutions (formerly hrQ), an HR & Marketing Search and Consulting firm. She is also the Co-founding member of the Talent Collective – Silicon Valley, the first private community designed to empower, advance, and connect women in talent acquisition.


Monica Choi, M.Ed., is Director of Talent Development and Engagement at Samsung Semiconductor US, where she leads enterprise efforts across learning and development, CSR, and AI enablement. She specializes in designing impactful programs that build leadership capability, strengthen organizational culture, and drive business performance through people. With a background spanning learning strategy, organizational development, and innovation, Monica partners closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into scalable talent solutions. Her work focuses on advancing future-ready skills, enabling AI adoption in the workplace, and creating meaningful employee experiences that foster growth and engagement. Monica is passionate about building learning cultures that empower individuals and organizations to continuously evolve and thrive.


Grant Weinberg, MCIPDbrings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations, with a career spanning over two decades across industries including technology, biotech, and professional services. Known for his innovative approach to leveraging AI and generative tools, he has consistently driven transformation in global recruitment strategies and operational excellence. Before joining Guardant Health, Grant served as Vice President of HR Operations and Talent Acquisition at Eikon Therapeutics, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the organization during its clinical-stage growth. His leadership journey also includes roles at TriNet, Gilead Sciences, and Accenture, where he honed his expertise in executive hiring, global talent strategies, and HR systems optimization. Grant holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University. Based in San Mateo, California. Outside of work, Grant pursues his passion for music as a DJ, having performed at venues around the globe. Whether spinning tracks or crafting strategic hiring solutions, he is always in rhythm with his mission to connect talent with opportunity.
