Join Jonathan Hulbert, CEO and Lead Facilitator with Roadmap 4 Change, for an interactive session where participants will explore how formal structures and informal relationships shape how work gets done, identify where policies and processes may create unintended barriers, and practice strategies for advocating for more effective people practices. Jon Hulbert is the founder and CEO of Roadmap 4 Change, where he helps organizations develop managers, navigate change, and build more effective workplaces. Over the past decade, he has consulted with more than 70 organizations and coached over 200 leaders.
Previously, Jon held organizational change management roles within Human Resources at the University at Buffalo and the University of Southern California's Human Resources, Ethics, and Compliance division and directed Leadership and Organizational Development at SUNY Buffalo State University. His work has earned national recognition, including Workforce Magazine's Game Change Award and two leadership development awards from the American Association of State Colleges and Universities. He also teaches continuing education courses in leadership, assessment, and innovation at SUNY Buffalo State University.
