Grant Weinberg is the vice president of HR Operations & Talent Acquisition at Eikon Therapeutics, a company that is pioneering drug discovery and development through leveraging superior engineering and high-performance computing to analyze single molecule protein behavior in living cells.
Prior to Eikon, Grant was the vice president of talent acquisition, HR operations & technology at TriNet, a leading provider of full-service HR solutions for small and medium size businesses (SMBs). In this role he oversaw hiring, HR operations and HRIS for TriNet.
Prior to joining TriNet, Grant led non-R&D global Talent Acquisition at Gilead Sciences.
Grant brings over twenty-five years of experience leading global talent acquisition teams, optimizing operations and transforming HR to source key talent. He holds an MS in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
